This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Glydra (package net.jjunior.glydra) handles information. Glydra is developed and published by J Junior (the "Developer", "we", "us"), the independent studio behind jjunior.net.
The short version: Glydra has no accounts, no login, no sign-up, and we do not collect personal data directly. The app requests only the INTERNET permission. The only third party that processes data is Google AdMob, which serves the in-app ads. A small amount of data (your high score and chosen language) is stored only on your device.
1. Who we are
Glydra is created by J Junior, an independent mobile game developer (jjunior.net). For any privacy question, you can reach us at jjunior.development@gmail.com.
2. What Glydra does not do
We have intentionally kept the game lean. Glydra does not have:
- user accounts, login or registration;
- our own analytics or tracking;
- access to your location, camera, microphone or contacts;
- in-app purchases.
The only Android permission the app requests is INTERNET, which is required to load advertisements.
3. Data we process
The Developer does not collect personal data directly. The only data processing happens through our advertising provider:
Advertising — Google AdMob
Glydra is free and ad-supported. It uses Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display ads, including rewarded videos and interstitials. This is the only third party that processes data through the app. To serve and measure ads, Google's SDK may collect and use:
- Device identifiers, including the advertising ID;
- IP address;
- Ad interaction data (such as ad views and clicks).
Depending on your consent and region, Google uses this information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. This processing is carried out by Google, not by the Developer. For details on how Google handles this data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Data stored on your device
Some information is saved locally on your device only and is not transmitted to us or anyone else:
- High score (your best result) and your chosen language, saved through the app's local storage (Capacitor Preferences).
- The app reads your device language locally, only to pick the initial language. This information is never sent anywhere.
This local data stays on the device. You can remove it at any time by uninstalling the app, and the high score can also be erased in-game using the "Clear high score" button.
5. Ads & your choices
On first launch, where required (for example in the European Union and other applicable regions), Glydra shows Google's UMP / GDPR consent form, so you can choose whether to allow personalized ads. Your choice is the legal basis for the ad-related processing described above.
You stay in control:
- Manage or revoke consent through the in-app consent options where the form is available;
- Reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy / Google → Ads).
6. Children
Glydra is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the ad services, please contact us and we will work with Google to address it.
7. Your rights
Because the Developer does not hold personal data about you, most data subject rights regarding ad data are exercised directly with Google. Depending on your location (including under the GDPR in the EU and the LGPD in Brazil), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise rights over ad personalization, use the controls in Section 5; for the underlying data held by Google, refer to the Google Privacy Policy. You may also contact us at jjunior.development@gmail.com and we will help where we can.
8. Retention & international transfers
Locally stored data (high score and language) remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app. Data processed for advertising is retained by Google according to its own policies. Google operates globally, so ad data may be processed in countries other than your own; these international transfers are handled by Google under the safeguards described in its privacy documentation.
9. Google Play Data Safety
For transparency, this is consistent with our Google Play "Data safety" declaration:
| Data type | Processed by | Purpose | Shared |
|---|---|---|---|
| Device or other IDs (incl. advertising ID), IP address | Google AdMob | Advertising / Marketing | Shared with Google |
| App activity / diagnostics related to ads | Google AdMob | Advertising / Marketing | Shared with Google |
| High score & language preference | Stored on device only | Game functionality | Not collected / not shared |
The Developer does not collect data directly; all of the data processing above is performed by Google through the ads library.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and publish the new version here at this same URL. Significant changes may also be noted on the Glydra page.
